A solar hot water heater is a long term investment and the initial outlay will only be recouped over a number of years. Installing a solar water heater is one of the easiest ways to get the sun to work for you and conserve our valuable natural resources.

Solar Hot Water Heaters Are a Win-Win
By Gottlieb Wendehals

When I say the word hot, what is the first thing that comes to your mind?  I believe, that most of us, instantly imagine our picture the sun in our heads.  And there’s nothing wrong with that, because it’s to be expected.  We all know that the greatest source of heat in our entire solar system is the sun itself.  I don’t know about you, but it’s pretty obvious that we should find some way to tap into that for simple things that we enjoy, hot showers and a long hot bath.  And that’s why there are companies out there who’ve developed a solar hot water heater.

Let’s cover just the basics first.  The facts are, that plants utilize the sun in an extremely efficient manner, producing energy that sustains life.  They do this naturally, and in such an efficient manner that scientists still, after years and years of research, but we still don’t truly understand or comprehend the full potential of this field of science.  Learning how to turn this around and convert it into realistic, and most importantly free energy that can heat our water for all of our hot water needs is truly driven the industry in the last two decades.

Good Contractor

Posted by admin

A contractor can work with greater expertise and put his experience to best use. Secondly, contractors work within fixed time and budget, which may otherwise exceed expectations. So, just find the best contractor for your home.

The Test of a Good Contractor
By Bill Guerra

The use of contractors is a necessary evil as a investor and not part of the job description I like. Unless of course you find the right mix for your personality. Renovating and rehabbing houses can be tricky at best, yet our best deals come from the most ugliest of houses, so we need to crack the contractor code.

I learned the hard way that once you give a contractor an entire house to rehab they get laxidasical, and forget the promises they made to you. While securing the bid they promise the moon. They say they will get right on your job. Even putting it in writing offers no immediate protection. Remember you are juggling hard money loans, and your working capitol, as well as the monthly note.

Drinking Filtered Water Makes a Healthier You
By John Lim Cher Sern

Some people only boil the tap water as their daily drinking water. This is because they want to save money instead of purchasing a home drinking water filter. Yes, you can kill the bacteria and other natural deposits, but, do you know that there are still chlorine and other contamination in the boiled water that is harmful to your body? So, what do you choose? Money or health? Think about it!

2 free 5 gal bottles + 1 case .5 liter bottles

Drinking water filters are essential because they provide healthier water and also give a better taste when drinking as the water is cleared from chlorine and bacterial contaminants. The filtered water also does not have the distinct smell of “contaminated” water. Besides that, a good quality water filter system also prevents you from consuming lead that can be found in unclean water. It filters the water by stages and you will be able to have clean, pure and healthy water for drinking.
