This particularly holds true if the vehicle is being stored in a region that is prone to harsh weather conditions. Believe it or not, it is the invisible moisture that is in the air that poses the most serous risk to a stored vehicle.

Ambient Moisture and Rodents

Moisture that is contained in rain or snow can be easily dealt with by covering he vehicle with a car cover. However; ambient moisture is much more difficult to deal with. Also, another problem that many people don’t anticipate is rodents, such as mice, rats and squirrels making a home on their stored vehicle.
