Your kit home will be delivered to your property with all the materials that you will need to build it, along with comprehensive instructions as to how to put it together.  If you feel that you don’t want to build your kit home yourself then you can easily hire a builder to build your home for you.  The main advantage of having a kit home is that they are an inexpensive way to build a home, with a lot of the cost saved if you do it yourself, but you will still save money even if you use a builder.  You just might need to look at making savings elsewhere.  You might find that you only need the help of a builder for certain tasks or just need their advice.
