Most people today neglect to write a will because they do not consider their substance as great assets. There is a misconception that it is only the rich people who should provide a will since they have lots of material possessions to leave behind. According to making a will, 60% of adults in the UK do not have a will, with 23% believing that they have no possessions or money to leave. Putting off Writing a will can be very unfavorable to family members that will be left behind, as the decease’s assets will just go to the estate, leaving them penniless.

Your beneficiaries should have clear and specific instructions in the will that will include revealing and allocating sensitive information such as bank accounts and passwords to these accounts. If you happen to die without a will, then the law will set the rules to what will happen to your estate, property, personal possessions and cash. Called interstate succession, provincial law will determine the distribution of the assets.
