It is best to group food types together in your fridge so that they don’t contaminate each other but also so you can find things easily.  Keep the vegetables in the vegetables crisper and if you have a separate drawer for cold deli meats and raw meats keep these away from the rest of your food.  Have a shelf dedicated to your dairy foods, such as your butter, cheese, yoghurt, cream and extra milk.  Keep left overs together too and it is also a good idea to attach a label with a date to left overs as it is easy to forget when things are made and when they should be eaten by. How to Set Up an Efficient Kitchen

An efficient kitchen is basically one where it is easy to move around and when you cook a meal everything is within easy reach, and you don’t find yourself having to walk from one end of the kitchen constantly to get things done.  You should be able to manoeuvre from your Westinghouse fridge to the bench and to your stove in a few steps.  Always be careful when cooking as many house fires start in the kitchen.  Always make sure your home insurance is up to date.
